MORE WINDY CITY
There were rules: players were allowed 6 personal fouls each per game, 1:1 bonus shot when team reaches 10 team fouls per half, and double bonus shot when each team reached 13 team fouls per half. One other minor rule difference was that rebounds after a missed free throw were played on the release, not off the rim.
