The bill in the state legislature to keep the transfer rules the same as they have been, died in committee. Apparently the lawmakers can listen to the loud and clear voice from the people on this issue, and not the selfish interest of the few. Also there is an open letter from the MIAAA to Governor Pawlenty. From the Star Tribune.
