Scott Kremer has resigned at Nevis. Nevis finished 26-3 this year and lost to Ada-Broup in the 6A finals.

Jerry Strahm, Adams-Edmore, has resigned. Adams-Edmore advanced to the State Tournament this year and finished 7th in that tournament with an overall record of 25-3

Coach Jim Cole of West Central has been named the District 16 coach of the year by the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association. He will be coaching in the Illinois All Star game at Bloomington on the Illinois Wesleyan campus. West Central was 25-6 this season, their fourth straight 20+ winning year.

Northern Iowa will be losing two players: Kelly Lund (Irondale HS, MN) will play closer to home at Concordia St. Paul; and Samantha Rieser (Waukon HS, IA) will also move closer back home as she may go to Luther in Decorah. Andrea Fennern becomes new SW MN State coach Mike Jewett's first recruit. Fennern, a 2300+ point scorer from Wabasso, won a state title when she was a sophomore. She averaged 24.9 this past season.
