It will be defending champ Punahou facing Roosevelt for the championship at the D1 level.

Roosevelt beat Honokaa 40-33
Punahou will defend their title as the took out Konawaena 58-43
On the D2 side Kamehameha Hawaii will face Kalani for the title
Kamehameha Hawaii had a 55-41 win over La Pietra
Kalani didn't have too many problems is a 59-45 win over St. Francis

RULES & REGULATIONS

A player will be able to play in three consecutive quarters this season as the MN State High School League has changed the rule. Last year Hopkins was forced to forfeit a game against Henry Sibley due to the "no three halves in a row" rule.

SIGNINGS
Jenn Jones, an all American from Monroe NY CC, is headed to Michigan State. Here is the Michigan State press release
Brittany Milne, a guard that attended Olympic College in Bremerton, Washington will be transfering to UM Crookston. She played her HS ball in Miles City. Earlier in April Trissilyn Clayton, Northeastern Colorado CC, a guard that played HS ball at Chicago Vocational signed along with Amanda Bethke from Buffalo, MN; Jessica Brown from Janesville Craig, WI; Whitney Coffield, Kittson County North, MN; Doriane Davis, Milwaukee Vincent, WI; Aubrey Parsons, Newman Central, IL; and Kelsey Van Ackeren, St. Cloud Apollo. PENN STATE PROBLEMS
It seems that every school in the Big 10 has problems, but Penn State has a nightmare of a PR problem. There is a lot of negativity with the Jennifer Harris issue. Now Coach Portland is fighting back. This is an AP wire report from the Duluth News Tribune.
