TWO NORTHERN STATE VERBALS
Northern State has two new verbals: Sarah Hintz, a 6-0 forward from Woodbury and Audra Schmidt, a 6-2 center from Westbrook-Walnut Grove.

Hintz played played her summer basketball with MN Stars Borowicz.
Hintz averaged 14.8 points in four games last year for Woodbury before a knee injury sidelined her the rest of the season.

Schmidt averaged 19.4 ppg for the 8-15 class A Chargers.

This pushes the Northern State verbal totals to four. These two join the Bloomington Kennedy duo of Alexis Holt and Brittany Zins.

Hintz and Schmidt are the 38th and 39th player in the Minnesota 2009 class to verbal and 19th & 20th headed to D2.

Hintz is the 7th player from the MN Stars Borowicz to verbal.

THREE MORE MICHIGAN VERBALS
Chenise Miller, a 6-1 forward from West Bloomfield has verballed Eastern Michigan
Shakkira Haywood, 6-2, forward from Plymouth has verballed Northern Illinois
Talisha Bridges, a 5-9 wing from Kalamazoo Loy Norrix has verballed New Orleans. From ESPN.

This pushes the Michigan 2009 verbal to 26 overall and 21 headed to D1.
