Nebraska beat Weber State
North Dakota beat Eastern Michigan 80-71. This was the Fighting Sioux's first game as a D1 team. Mallory Youngblut (Davenport Assumption) had 17 points for UND. Amber Land (Kulm, ND) had 11 points for EM.
Northern Iowa beat North Dakota State 77-73. UNI spoiled the coaching debut of Caroly DeHoff. Nicole Clausen (Denison-Schleswig, IA) had 27 points and KK Armstrong (Cedar Rapids Washington) added 25 for UNI. Katie Birkel (Lincoln Southeast) had 18 points for NDSU.
