Waukee is making their first trip in 20 years to State. Des Moines Roosevelt and Dowling Catholic make going to state a habit. From the Des Moines Register.

Des Moines Hoover, DM North, DM Lincoln, Ankeny, Johnston, Urbandale, and West Des Moines Valley all have their seasons reviewed in the DMR.

POLICE BLOTTER
The Warren County Attorney's Office and Southeast Warren school administrators are investigating an alleged assault between a school coach and a parent after a game. From the Des Moines Register.
It is NEVER a good time to talk to a coach after a loss. IF you need to talk to the coach wait a few days before making contact. It is just plain to emotional after a game.
