Ohio State beat Purdue 72-56. Tamarah Riley (Detroit DePorres) had 12 for Ohio State. Lakisha Freeman (Saginaw Arthur Hill) had 10 for Purdue.

Wisconsin beat Northwestern 79-65. Jolene Anderson (South Shore) and Liz Zastrow (Jefferson, WI) each had 14 for Wisconsin. Alyssa Karel (Cretin-Derham Hall) and Tara Steinbauer (Bloomington Kennedy) added 10 and 4 for the Badgers. Savannah Stedman (Ortonville Brandon, MI) had 2 for NW.

SUMMIT
South Dakota State beat Southern Utah 82-36. Macie Michelson (Marshall) had 19 for SDSU.

North Dakota State beat UMKC 94-81. Jerri Penley (Ypsilanti Calvary Christian, MI) had 19 for NDSU. Lisa Bue (Austin) and Brenda Slyt (Climax-Fisher) had 17 and 14 for the Bison. Alyssa Klein (Okoboji) had 27 for UMKC. Marta Waalen (St. Paul Central) had 6 for UMKC.

Western Illinois beat Oral Roberts 54-51. Lindsey Wutt (Waterford, WI) did not score for WIU.

IUPUI beat Centenary 97-45. Jessica Bennett (Milw Washington) had 5 for IUPUI.

AWARDS
Iowa State's Kelsey Bolte (Battle Creek-Ida Grove, IA) was named rookie of the week in the Big 12. This is her 3rd honor this season.

UW Green Bay's Rachel Porath (Luxemburg-Casco, WI) was named player of the week in the Horizon Conference. It is her 3rd honor this season.

Drake's Jill Martin (Norwalk, IA) was named player of the week in the Missouri Valley Conference. She picked up her 3rd honor this season.

North Dakota's Ashley Langen (Kittson Central) was named player of the week in the North Central Conference. It is her 3rd honor this season.

St. Thomas' Jessica Katch (Dowling Catholic, IA) was named player of the week in the MIAC.
