TELEVISION
More Than a Game,” an Iowa Public Television documentary about 6-6 girls basketball in Iowa, will air Sunday, March 2 at 6:30. The Mason City Globe Gazette has more details.

SURPRISE
Devils Lake suffered a big injury when Ashley Privatsky went down in the first game, but the Firebirds have surprised a few fans. From the Devils Lake Journal.

TREY-RRIFIC
Kiah Logan of Rochester Faith Christian made eleven 3s Tuesday as RFC beat Rochester Home School 82-53. Logan had 39 points on the night. This would put her second on the Minnesota list, two behind Sari Noga of Parkers Prairie who had 13 vs Rothsay on January 4, 2008.

MILESTONERS
Abby Burger, Cedar Rapids Jefferson scored her 1,000th point during a regional game on Feb. 16th when they beat Iowa City West 56-45.
That makes 5 known Iowa 1000 point scorers in the 2008 class this year, and 6 overall for the year.
