NORTH CENTRAL
Augustana won the instate battle with South Dakota 66-64. It was Augustana's 17th straight win. Willmar's Alison Adamson had 21 for Augustana. It was Andrea Walsh that had a hot hand in the second half for Augustana with 15 points, from the Sioux Falls Argus leader.
UM Dululth beat St. Cloud State 76-65. Morris' Katie Winkelman reached the 1000 point mark for UMD with 28 points. Duluth East's Erika Quigley had 24 for SCSU.
North Dakota beat MSU Mankato 68-55. BGMR's Kierah Kimbrough and Kittson Central's Ashley Langen each had a double double for UND.
NORTHERN SUN
Bemidji State dropped UM Crookston 69-56. Amy Lawson, Spencer IA had 15 to lead Bemidji State. St. Cloud Apollo's Kelsey Van Ackeren, matched that for UMC.
Concordia St. Paul beat Northern State 72-67 with 12 3s on the night. St. Croix Lutheran's Amanda Behnke had 14 to lead CSP.
MSU Moorhead beat Mary 68-57. Hawley's Katie Waldon led MSUM with 15. Nicci Landdeck of North Bend, Washington had 21 to lead both teams.
Wayne State plucked Upper Iowa 64-52. Grant, Nebraska's Erin McCormick had 27 and went over the 1000 point mark for Wayne State.
Winona State edged SW MN State 59-56. Ankeny, Iowa's Megan Wittkop had 30 for SW MN State.
GREAT LAKES
Grand Valley State stopped their two game losing streak with a 60-45 win over Northern Michigan. Also from the Grand Rapids Press.
