Badgers Prevail over UW Milwaukee

Wisconsin beat UW Milwaukee 79-59. Janese Banks led the Badgers with 23. Alyssa Karel (Cretin-Derham Hall) had 9 and Tara Steinbauer (Bloomington Kennedy) had 8 for Wisconsin. Traci Edwards (Menasha) had 17 for UWM. Lindsey Laur (Cretin-Derham Hall) did not score for UWM. It was the Badgers balance that won the game according to the Capital Times. EAST
Marshall beat North Texas 82-70. Kizzy Hart (Oak Park, MI) had 23 for Marshall.

Dartmouth beat Sacred Heart 53-50. Kristin Craft (Marshalltown, IA) had 15 for Dartmouth.

Army beat New Hampshire 69-61. Megan Ennenga (St. Louis Park) did not score for Army.

MIDWEST
Oklahoma State beat Wichita State 85-39. Daria Frazier (Mpls North) had 8 for Wichita State.

Illinois State beat Ball State 71-54. Nicolle Lewis (Muskego, WI) had 14 for Illinois State.

WEST
Colorado State beat Pacific 84-77. Kandy Beemer (Bedford, IA) had 18 for Colorado State. Lauren Young (Edina) had 10, Elle Queen (Minnetonka) 6, and the two Brecksters Emily Neal and Kelly Finley each had 2 in addition for the Rams.

UN Omaha beat Peru State 91-50. Cayla Hargrove (North St. Paul) had 18 for UNO.

Northern Michigan beat UM Duluth 62-58. Kelsey Deacon (Ashwaubenon, WI) had 18 points. for NMU. Katy Freeman (Duluth East) had 11 for UMD.

St. Ambrose beat Upper Iowa 83-77. Christa Hammel (Waukon, IA) had 16 for Upper Iowa. Paige Devine added 13.

Wayne State upset #14 Augustana 68-57. Wayne State's win snapped a 29 game home non conference winning streak. Laquisha Cook had 17 for Wayne State. Mara Hjelle (Mahtomedi) had 7 for WSC. Ashley Holiday (Hamlin, SD) had 13 for Augustana.

COMMUNITY COLLEGE
Ridgewater beat Concordia Moorhead's JV 60-55. Hillary Groothuis (MACCRAY) had 21 for Ridgewater.
