MINNESOTA REPORTS
10. Britnye McSparron scorched the nets for 41 points in the 3rd place game in the Hopkins tournament won by Eastview 66-60 over Osseo. You can go back and check out the numbers from the Out & About yesterday.

9. #1 AAAA Centennial rolled to a 87-56 win over Chaska in the Hill-Murray championship. Centennial was up by 21 at half. No links

8. Sartell beat Detroit Lakes 43-34 in the finals of the Sartell Tournament. It was the hosts first tournament championship since 2004. From the St. Cloud Times.

7. Armstrong beat Moorhead for the championship of the Alexandria tournament 75-56. Kelsey Jacobson had seven 3s for the Spuds. From the Fargo Forum.

6. Sully Buttes, the #1 B team in SD beat Pipestone 56-52. no link.

5. Willmar knocked New London-Spicer off their unbeaten perch 48-40 in the WildCard Tournament. From the West Central Tribune.

4. In a battle of unbeatens it was St. Francis beating Minnehaha 59-56 in the Monticello Championship. no links

3. Edina topped Eden Prairie in the finals of the Apple Valley tournament with a 48-44 win. Edina trailed at halftime by 7. No link

2. Park-Cottage Grove broke free from DeLaSalle with a 52-34 win. It was a tight halftime game with DLS up 22-21. However PCG's defense delivered allowing only 12 second half points. From the Rochester Post Bulletin.

1 #6 AAAA Hopkins took down #3 AAAA Minneapolis South from the unbeaten ranks 68-62. I reported on it late last night, now here is the StarTribune version. John Millea of the StarTribune also examines South's Tayler Hill and her options.

Chatfield beat Lanesboro in one of the Winona State tournaments 63-40. Northfield beat Winona 50-42 in another Winona State tournament 50-42. From the Winona Daily News.
