Tournaments get underway in Iowa in less than three weeks. That means many games to be played quickly. Why? the NCAA tournament is coming to the Wells Fargo Arena. From the Des Moines Register.

The DMR has a weekly look at girls & boys basketball. The big event coming up: Rivalry Saturday at the U.S. Cellular Center in Cedar Rapids. There will be six games starting off at 11:30 am. Ballard plays Cedar Rapids Washington at 3 pm in one of the contests.
