Bethel beat Augsburg 99-92 in overtime. Erica Hormig (Windom) had 22 for Bethel. Annegret Nautsch (Seattle, WA) had a triple double for Bethel as well (20 pts-15 reb-10 blocks). Kristina Lurken (Kenyon-Wanamingo) had 25 points, 10 rebounds and 7 assists for Augsburg.

Gustavus beat Carleton 77-73 in overtime. Jess Vadnais (Hudson, WI) had 25 for Gustavus. Amber Connor (Rosemount) had 22 for Carleton.

Hamline beat Macalester 72-61. Grace Weinreich (Isle) had 21 for Hamline. Ann Baltzer (Bismarck) had 28 for Macalester.

St. Olaf edged St. Catherine 70-68. Elyse Erickson (Orono) had 31 for St. Olaf. Berglund had 16 for St. Kate's.

St. Benedict stopped St. Thomas 71-64. The loss snapped a 7 game MIAC win streak for St. Thomas. Mindy Schmidt (Champlin Park) had 16 for St. Ben's. Carrie Embree (Waukee, IA) had 17 for St. Thomas.

IOWA
Cornell beat Dubuque 78-70 in overtime. Jennifer Nichols (Woodstock, IL) had 21 for Dubuque.

Simpson beat Central 86-58

OTHER
Martin Luther beat North Central 64-49. It was the second win in a row for ML. Abby Hosbach (Kettle Moraine Lutheran, WI) had 17 for ML. Amy Sletten (Fergus Falls) had 20 for North Central. From the New Ulm Journal.
