High School coaches are going to be fined if they don't rate officials in Iowa. They also could be fined if they don't post their stats online. It hasn't passed yet. From the Des Moines Register.
I am in favor of getting information out there. It helps students and it helps the sport. It is a sign of a big time program when they get information out to the public.
