Bemidji Transfer, Taylor at Clinic, Shootout

TRANSFER
More news from Bemidji. Paige Jensen, a 6-1 senior forward from Mandan, ND, has transferred to Bemidji. At Mandan Jensen averaged 11.8 ppg for the 21-3 state A Champs. Mandan has won the A tournament six straight years. Jensen was All WDA at Mandan.

COACHING NEWS
Tom Campbell has resigned as the girls basketball coach at LaCrosse Logan. Logan made the D1 semifinals in 2007. From 1410 AM.

COACHING CLINIC
The University of Iowa will hold their 2nd coaching clinic on Oct 25. One of the speakers at the clinic----St. Paul Central coach Willie Taylor. You can register here.

CAMP
UW Superior ran a successful camp for girls in grade 5-8 on September 20.

FEATURE
Iowa State has the second part of their feature on Mary Fox.

HALL OF FAME
Letitia Hughley and Tonya Edwards will be inducted into the Greater Flint area Hall of Fame. Hughley played with the Northern's state championship teams from 1978-80. Edwards was on the Northwestern power teams. From the Flint Journal.

Mary (Tietge) Nienhuis will be inducted into the West Ottawa, Michigan Hall of Fame. Nienhuis won over 260 games in her coaching career. From the Holland Sentinel.

SHOOTOUT
The Minnesota Stars Shootout will be held at Bloomington Kennedy on this Friday (skills night 7-9pm) and Saturday games will be from 10:30 am - 5 pm. (We will be having 200+ kids participate)
There will be many college coaches attending from all divisions.
Schedule:
Friday 7-9pm Skill Night
Saturday - 8-9am (Registration)
9am - Kids will watch Mandatory NCAA Video
9:30 - 10:15am - coaches practice with teams
10:30am - Games Begin!

ONTARIO RESULTS
