The Big 10 was 4-2 yesterday.

Utah beat Minnesota 66-54. Leslie Knight (Hopkins) had 17 for Minnesota. Ashley Ellis-Milan (St. Paul Central) had 8 and Katie Ohm (Elgin-Millville) had 4 for the Gophers.

Michigan State beat Indiana State 83-58. Alyssa DeHaan (Grandville, MI) had 24 for MSU. Mia Johnson (Mpls North) played in her first game this year and did not score. Heather Seyfred (Bridgeman, MI) had 3 for ISU.

Notre Dame beat Purdue 61-48. Lakisha Mosley (Saginaw Arthur Hill) had 5 for Purdue.

Illinois beat Chicago State 73-46. Jenna Smith (Bloomington Kennedy) had 24 for Illinois. Courtney Waldon (Sun Prairie, WI) had 9 for Chicago State.

Iowa beat Northern Illinois 87-43 in the Hawkeye Challenge. Lindsey Nyenhuis (Forest Hills Northern, MI) had 14 to lead Iowa. Krista VandeVenter (Osseo) had 4 and Kachine Alexander (Benilde-St. Margaret's) had 2 for the Hawkeyes. Bianca Brown (Detroit Renaissance) had 5 for NIU.

Michigan beat Kentucky 63-59. Ta'Shia Walker (Lansing x) had 13 for Michigan. Samantha Mahoney (West Bloomfield, MI) had 20 for Kentucky.

The Air Force game with Wisconsin was postponed until today.

SUMMIT LEAGUE
North Dakota State beat Centenary 78-73. Brenda Slyt (Climax-Fisher) had 21 for NDSU.

Western Illinois beat IUPUI 53-43. Lindsey Wutt (Waterford, WI) had 2 for Western Illinois.

Oral Roberts beat South Dakota State 67-57. Maria Boever (Worthington) had 15 for SDSU.

IPFW beat UMKC 62-51. Samantha Edwards (Okemos, MI) had 3 for IPFW. Alysa Klein (Okoboji) had 13 for UMKC. Marta Waalen (St. Paul Central) did not score for UMKC.

Nebraska beat Southern Cal 87-69. Cory Montgomery (Cannon Falls) had 21 for Nebraska.

Wichita State beat Texas Pan Am in a low scoring 40-34 game. Daria Frazier (Mpls North) had 2 for Wichita State.

Southern Illinois beat Central Arkansas 88-67. Tanaeya Worden (Sioux City North) had 2 for SIU.

Western Michigan beat Illinois Chicago 51-39. Michelle DeNooyer (Kalamazoo Christian) had 9 for WMU. Jessie Miller (Holy Angels) had 9 and Cassie Johnson (Eastview) had 6 for UIC.

Bradley beat Toledo 68-47. Jenny Van Kirk (Waconia) had 11 and Renee Frericks (Forest Lake) had 3 for Bradley.

UW Milwaukee beat Central Michigan 79-64. Tracy Edwards (Menasha, WI) had 22 for UWM.
