Indiana beat Northwestern 84-53. Jamie Braun (Marshfield, WI) had 20 for Indiana. Melissa Miller (Breck) did not score for Northwestern.

MIDWEST
Illinois State beat Northern Illinois 78-54. Nicole Lewis (Muskego, WI) had 4 for Illinois State. Becky Smith (Janesville Parker, WI) had 6 for NIU.

UW Milwaukee beat LaSalle 77-61. Traci Edwards (Menasha, WI) had 17 for UWM. Marika Hickman (Mpls North) had 11, and Lindsey Laur (Cretin-Derham Hall) had 5 for UWM.

EAST
Drexel beat American 75-52. Talicia Jackson (DeLaSalle) had 11 for American.

Connecticut beat Army 82-33. Nargis Kabiri (Pipestone) had 2 and Megan Ennenga (St. Louis Park) did not score for Army.

WEST
Santa Clara beat Cal State Fullerton 88-38. Claire Goins (Sioux City Heelan) had 12 for Santa Clara.

AWARDS
Minnesota's Leslie Knight (Hopkins) was named player of the week in the Big 10.

Drake's Jill Martin (Norwalk, IA) was named player of the week in the Missouri Valley.

Marshall's Kizzy Hart (Oak Park, MI) was named player of the week in C-USA.

Western Michigan's Tiera DeLaHoussaye (Detroit Country Day) was named player of the week in the Mid-American Conference West Division.

Upper Iowa's Britney Iredale (Riverside Rubidoux, CA) was named player of the week in the Northern Sun.

Augustana beat SW MN State 81-61. Whitney Hofer (West Central, SD) had 25 for Augustana. Heidi Kimmes (Cannon Falls) had 14 for SW MN State.

#21 MSU Mankato beat UN Kearney 83-71. Alex Andrews (Triton) had 21 points for Mankato. The Mankato Free Press has more on the 14 point deficit and the rally for the win by MSU Mankato.

MSU Moorhead beat Valley City State 82-52

UN Omaha beat Chaminade 108-49. Cayla Hargrove (North St. Paul) had 17 for UNO.

South Dakota beat Chadron State 90-51. Jeana Hoffman (Mitchell, SD) had 29 for USD. Sunny Busch (Todd County, SD) had 7 for Chadron State.

POLICE BLOTTER
