Pleasant Valley has hired Craig Clark to replace Gary Altman. Clark has been the freshman boys basketball coach prior to the hire. Holland is still searching for a coach.

Lyle Jones, Mankato East, has resigned. He coached three years at East with a 26-52 record. Previous to that he coached at Bethany in Mankato. At that time it was a Junior College. With DGF & Mankato East open that makes at least 10 positions unfilled. Here they are in no order:
Spring Lake Park; Mpls SW; Mpls Washburn; White Bear Lake; St. Paul Como Park; Apple Valley; Eden Prairie; St. Cloud Cathedral.
Elk River has filled it's job with Reed Caouette.

More on the public vs private debate going on in Wisconsin. It looks as if some changes will be made like allowing a team to play up if it chooses. Now all the school's sports need to move together.
