PURDUE SIGNEES BACK OUT
Amber Harris and Dee-Dee Jernigan have both decided to keep their options open since former coach Kristy Curry left for Texas Tech. Harris is a 6-5 center from North Central. Her teams won the State title the last two years and she was named Miss Basketball in Indiana. Jernigan attended East Chicago Central. Akiya Alexander has been released from her scholarship at Wisconsin. She is headed for Southern Indiana, a DII school in the Great Lakes Valley Conference. She is the second player to leave this season. Sheri' Welton is headed to Northern Illinois.
