MINNESOTA REPORTS
AAA
My picks took a hit. My champion selection New Prague gave them the kiss of death. So now with a do over I will now bestow another kiss of death on a team. With the physical style of play more successful I am going with DeLaSalle in the battle of the Ds, and Becker in the battle of the Bs. In the championship game the kiss of death goes to DeLaSalle.

#1 Becker dodged the #8 Worthington bullet 67-64. Brianna Mastey did her usual heroics with 27 points and 15 rebounds. From the St. Cloud Times.

In the 5/4 battle defending AAA champ Benilde-St. Margaret's dodged a bullet from New Prague in what was the most dramatic game of the day as the game wasn't decided until the last shot. From the StarTribune.

DeLaSalle and Defense go hand and hand and you can't spell DLS with out the D. The dominating defensive display dismayed, demoralized dahlia dolman denizens. DLS beat Hibbing 50-37 and it wasn't that close. The Duluth News Tribune has more (second part of the article)

Detroit Lakes cashed in with 29 free throws in their 56-43 win over Totino-Grace. From the Fargo Forum Pioneer Press.
