The McDonald's All American Game is coming to Milwaukee in 2008. From the Milwaukee Small Business Times.

ALL STAR GAME
The Wisconsin All Star Game will be held June 16 in Madison.

Haley Croell of Holmen will be part of the squad. From the Holmen Courier. I couldn't find any more names.

The Indian Trails conference has released their All conference list From the Watertown Daily Times.
