The Brainerd Dispatch has named their all area team. Kayla Huether of Brainerd is their player of the year. The BD also has final stats and standings.

ALL CONFERENCE
Owatonna had four players named to the Big 9 AC team: Anne Borgertpoepping; Lauren Barber; Beth Christensen and Katie McKernon. I have not seen a full list of the Big 9 team. If you have it send it in and it will get up.

Once upon a time (1983-87) I coached the Ellsworth boys. Yesterday they won the A state title in "one for the ages" on a last second shot by Aaron Van Der Stoep against Cass Lake-Bena 74-73. From the StarTribune and Bemidji Pioneer.
