As you well know I am an unapologetic number cruncher. Here are some charts on BallHype from the recent NBA season that charts offenses and defenses. Points per 100 possession is a factor in these charts. Also included are pace of the game, fouls, and whether teams look to shoot outside or bang inside.
You can also look at the MidMajority charts. They specialize in college men's game. Here is a look at the Big 10. As you can see the Gopher men were bad on both offense and defense which probably doesn't surprise anyone. Delve deeper into the cheatsheet.
