Paluch Verbals, Chemistry

VERBALS
Steph Paluch, Pierre has made a verbal to South Dakota State according to sources. The 5-9 G will graduate in 2009. Pierre was 21-5 and second in AA last year. She played with Dakota Lightning this summer. She is the third 2009 South Dakota player to verbal a D1 school. Iowa has two from 2009 that have verballed. Wisconsin and Minnesota haven't had any verbal yet.

UPCOMING SCHEDULES
UW Green Bay has released its 07-08 women's basketball schedule. UWGB has a double new opening with new coach Matt Bolant's first game and the first game at the new Kress Events Center coming on November 3. From the Green Bay Press Gazette.

Wisconsin also has released their non conference schedule. Also they have a team chemistry poster a la the periodic table. No incoming freshmen are on the photo.

NCAA KEEPS TEXT BAN
The NCAA is keeping the text message ban. From ABC12 in Saginaw.

LOCKWOOD SPEAKS
Dean Lockwood, Tennessee women's basketball assistant will give a speech "Want to become a better official? Here's how" Sunday in Saginaw. It is more on presentation and communication. From the Midland Daily News.
