Fall Basketball League Information

FALL LEAGUE
Fall Basketball Leagues are starting soon enough.
MYAS will run their Gopher State Fall league starting Sunday, September 23 through October 14. There are various sites through out the metro.

In mid to late October, the Breakdown will be offering their two Fall Leagues. Their leagues run from Sunday, October 14 through November 11.
Becker and Lakeville South are the 2007 locations.
Deadline for the leagues are Oct 6th.
Quick Notes about the Fall League
*2 Locations: Becker and Lakeville South
*Team Rate: $475 per team, $400 if you have two or more teams
* Varsity, JV and 9th grade divisions.
* T-Shirts given to every player
* Breakdown Staff on sight every weekend
* We start later, so coaches and players can get adjusted to the new school year.
* Play 2 games back to back
* Certified officials and trainer available
* Schedules, results, announcements done over website so communication is first rate.

Becker League had over 40 teams last year. State tournament teams Becker, Albany, Champlin Park, Norwood Young America, attended plus several more schools attend every year.

Lakeville South League: New location. There are commitments from Minneapolis South, Tartan, Chaska, Lakeville South, Red Wing and many from the Rochester and Mankato areas. This league will develop into the best in the south metro, southern and central Minnesota.

BUDGETS
The Fargo Forum looks at the budgets of local teams. Moorhead spent $149,232 on transportation last year.
