NCAA FIELD
Yesterday the field of 64 was set.
DALLAS REGIONAL
Minneapolis will host first round games on March 17 and 19. The StarTribune looks at the local angles with the teams coming to Williams Arena from #2 Purdue to #15 Oral Roberts. Iowa State is playing here and has West Central's Megan Ronhovde, and Woodbury's Amanda Nisleit on the roster. They are happy to be going north. From the Des Moines Register.
FRESNO REGIONAL

GREENSBORO REGIONAL
Nebraska goes to Raleigh, NC to play Temple.
Michigan State stays home to play Delaware.
DAYTON REGIONAL
Ohio State opens with Marist at Stanford.
Drake, with their miracle run in the Missouri Valley, have the uneviable task of taking on mighty Tennessee in Pittsburgh. Drake and Holy Cross have sub 500 records.
Marquette is off to Austin Texas to see Louisiana Lafayette on Saturday.

WNIT
Minnesota will host a first round WNIT game against Illinois Chicago with Holy Angels' Jessie Miller. From the StarTribune.

NORTH CENTRAL CHAMPIONSHIP
North Dakota beat Nebraska Kearney 108-75 to get back to the elite 8. But the big story was UN Kearney coach Carol Russell giving birth five hours before the game and then going to the game. From the Fargo Forum.
