COACHING NEWS
Andy Meinhardt has stepped down after five years as the head coach at Burnsville High School. He had a 68-64 record over that time. He will continue to both direct and coach the Metro Stars AAU program.

LATE REPORT
Hibbing is going to state for the first time since 1997. They beat Duluth East in the 7 AAA finals 76-63. From the Hibbing Daily Tribune.

AAU NEWS
Now that the HS season is winding down AAU will be kicking into high gear. Tryouts will be held all over the state in the next few weeks.

The MN Comets will be holding tryouts on March 18 and 25. Girls ages 11-17 will try out on the 18th and boys in grades 5-11 will try out on the 25th.

I appreciate all the collaboration that comes in to make this site the place to be for girls basketball.
