New Eastern Michigan women's basketball coach AnnMarie Gilbert has a ring from her days as an assistant at Michigan State. Now she is using the NCAA tournament ring as a motivational tool in her new job with recruiting and with reminding players what is possible. From the Ann Arbor News.
