OPEN ENROLLMENT
Wisconsin is grappling with the open enrollment issue and where to place private schools in their state tournament system. Ten of the 18 schools in the girls tournaments had an open enrollment player last year. From the Wisconsin State Journal.

FALL TOURNAMENT
The Cornhusker Shooting Stars' 3rd annual fall battle will take place Nov 3rd and 4th 2007 in Lincoln, NE at the Bison Youth Sports Complex. The tournament will feature Girls teams grades 5-8, and boys teams grades 7-8. There is a 5 game guarantee, 16 minute stopped clock halves, 30 second NCAA shot clock. Travel teams from all over Midwest will be there.
