NEWSPAPERS
I was a bit premature on heaping praise on Worthington. They are reporting games like they have in the past with Worthington covered in full, but the area schools only the top scorers.

OUT AND ABOUT--Tartan Tournament
Tonight the #4 Cretin-Derham Hall Raiders beat the host #5 Tartan Titans 62-49. CDH's Alyssa Karel has improved her game from last year. She dominated the first half scoring all of CDH points in the first nine minutes. She played with authority and scored when needed (22 points). And CDH needed her to deliver with their other big players (Gibbemeyer, and Laur) grabbing some bench due to fouls in the first half. Lindsay Laur eventually got into the flow in the second half finishing with 17.
Tartan never got into rhythm. Erica Jost led with 15, nine of those points at the line. The other players did not make an impact until later in the game when it was a case of too little too late.
