Pat Barrett is not coaching Fridley this season. The MN hall of fame coach did not deserve this fate. He ran a competitive program and is a class act. Best wishes to him on the future. Some school will be gaining a coaching treasure.
My memories of 5AA basketball games with Fridley (I was at Osseo) were some of the most intense games with bodies flying all over the court, the crowd hanging from the rafters--Great atmosphere.
