Cretin-Derham Hall takes on Woodbury at Concordia St. Paul at 6 pm in the 4AAAA semis. Both teams split during the year.
SEEDING
Here is the problem with only seeding the top four teams. Hockey, and soon the state, only seed four to spare the 8th seed the horrible honor of being 8 even though with 8 teams in the show one will be 8. Apparently there is a shortage of therapists to handle all those fragile egos. Heaven forbid we offend anyone with the horrible honor of being 8.
Why doesn't anyone care about the feelings of the 12th seed in the sections? Apparently no one cares about the, sniff sniff, fee-wings of those traumitzed teams and players.
I think if they are only going to seed 1-4 in the state, they should be consistent and only seed 1-4 in the sections. HAVE COURAGE AND DO THE RIGHT THING.
