Looking at page 9 in the the College Data book I break down the states by high school classification. The importance of this page is in the last column--the "What a HS point is worth in College. However there is no explanation what the columns mean. It should be read like this:
IOWA
High school classification/Rostered #/Starters/All Conference/What a point is worth
A/3/0/0/.187
AA/13/1/1/.227
and so on
