AWARDS
Laura BigCrow (Pine Ridge, SD) was selected the Dakota Athletic Conference Player of the Week for the second consecutive week. She is the fourth Comet to win the award this season.
SUNSHINE TRIP
The Champlin Park Rebels will be making a two game trip to sunny Fort Myers, Florida next January over MLK weekend. The Rebels will play JV and Varsity games against Cape Coral High School on Friday Jan. 16th and against Baker High School on Saturday Jan. 17th. The team will fly back to Minnesota on Monday afternoon. This is the first of what the Rebels expect will be a bi-annual trip to a considerably warmer climate. A total of 22 players and managers in all will be making the journey next January.

The Minnesota Stars has updated tryout information on their website. They also have their rosters listed. Some teams are still looking for players.
