WAHLIN VERBALS
Kamille Wahlin, Crookston has verballed Iowa. The 5-8 left handed point guard averaged 19.9 ppg for the 24-3 AA Pirates last year. Her team finished second in the AA state tournament in her sophomore seasonWahlin played with North Tartan Larson this summer. She will join NTL teammate Hannah Draxten at Iowa. She is the 4th player of NTL to go D1 this year.
Also headed to Iowa from the area is Kelly Krei of Iowa City and IBCA Select I. Chante Jones from Dayton Carroll is also headed to Iowa.
Wahlin is the 29th player overall in the Minnesota 2008 class to verbal and the 13th to verbal a D1 school.
